The Charline McCombs Empire is an elegant, first-class,
flexible-use venue capable of hosting a variety of private and corporate events. As a corporate and private
banquet facility, the Charline McCombs Empire will provide an ideal setting for banquets, seminars, new
product introductions, meetings and social events. The theatre will also be available for lectures and
community events. Flexible seating configurations on the main floor are a key feature.

The beauty
and uniqueness of the restored venue lends itself to the use of several different types
of events. Unlike any theatre in San Antonio, the main floor of the Charline McCombs Empire
has been designed with an adjustable floor system, providing for three different seating
configurations to satisfy almost any entertainment event. Great care was taken to maintain
excellent sightlines in all configurations.
Theatre Style seating holds
approximately 852 seats at full capacity.
Cabaret Style seating consists of
intimate 24" tables with 2-4 patrons per table, seating approximately 220 persons at the
orchestra level.
Banquet Style seating consists of 8-10 patrons per table,
seating approximately 300 persons at the orchestra level and additional seating on stage
may be available.
