North Park Lexus Broadway in San Antonio announces the return of touring Broadway to the Majestic Theatre this fall. The season relaunches with seven shows, as previously anticipated, including rescheduled engagements of Disney’s THE LION KING, MEAN GIRLS, and SUMMER: THE DONNA SUMMER MUSICAL, plus an eighth show addition of HAMILTON for its two-week return. Majestic Theatre Celebrates 90th Anniversary, Keeping Old Traditions Alive

“Dear Evan Hansen” is coming to the Majestic Theatre at the end of the year, and Disney’s “Aladdin” won’t be far behind. The big-buzz musicals are two of four shows that will make their Alamo City debuts as part of the 2019-20 Broadway in San Antonio season. The others are “Come From Away” and “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.”

The Majestic Theatre’s 2018-’19 Broadway in San Antonio season has lots of Alamo City premieres, but the biggie is the Broadway sensation “Hamilton,” which will play May 7-26, 2019.

The Majestic Theatre announced its line-up of shows for the 2018-2019 North Park Lexus Broadway in San Antonio Season. HAMILTON anchors the season with a three week run, May 7-26, 2019. With eight productions, the season includes a mixture of Blockbuster Tony Award®-winners, five market premieres and returning audience favorites.
