ACE Theatrical - Programming Manager
ACE is seeking a smart, experienced entertainment executive to assist in acquiring talent for its network of live entertainment venues. ACE seeks to employ the successful candidate to work in its office in Nashville, Tennessee. Reports To: DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMING. Front of House Concierge:
Integral to the patron experience, a Front of House Concierge provides superior service to our patrons by fulfilling dual roles as a theatre and concessions concierge. In a fast-paced, entertainment environment, a FOH Concierge moves seamlessly from scanning tickets and seating patrons in one moment to fulfilling concession orders and delivering them in the next. A FOH Concierge, reporting to the Customer Experience Director and the Concessions Manager, delivers a performance in customer service that is unrivaled and compliments the talent on the stage. Qualified  candidates will have experience in customer service and possess a valid TABC certification.

Assistant Technical Director 2016:
Arts Center Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Assistant Technical Director (ATD) for the Majestic Theatre and Charline McCombs Empire Theatre. Reporting to the Technical Director, the ATC will assist in all aspects of live shows and events at the Majestic Theatre and Charline McCombs Empire Theatre. A variety of events are produced in these venues (2264 cap & 856 cap) including Broadway theater, musicals, live concerts, comedy, dance, classical music, speaking engagements, special events and more.

The House Manager is responsible for all front-of-house theatre operations including assisting patrons, managing assigned areas, and coordinating usher during show nights. This is a PT, Entry Level position. The schedule consists of primarily nights and weekends. It requires someone with strong organization, time management, communication, multi-tasking, and excellent customer service skills. Candidates need to have the ability to problem-solve, act thoughtfully with integrity, and positively contribute to team work.  Experience in business management, Front of House, and/or the production side of theatre is a plus!

This position is responsible for selling tickets to customers coming in person to the box office to purchase Majestic and Empire Theatre tickets, exchanging tickets for season ticket holders, and answering the box office phone. We are also a Ticketmaster outlet and sell for venues in Texas that use Ticketmaster. Qualified candidates must have good customer service skills, be punctual, well organized, an ability to relate well with others as well as follow instructions, computer literacy (type 40 WPM), general office skills, and cash handling experience is a plus. We will train but one must be motivated to learn. Must be available to work nights and weekends to 9PM with some daytime hours.

Valet Drivers are responsible for greeting patrons in a positive and respectful manner, valet parking and retrieving cars in a safe and timely fashion, changing the Majestic and Charlie McCombs Empire Theatres’ marquee signs, and helping with additional tasks, as necessary. These tasks includes security, some ticket scanning, prepping the theatre with cleaning, organizing, and presentation of entrance, terrace etc. **Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and be able to drive standard transmissions. House Security Personnel are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our patrons. A qualified candidate knows and understands professional methods to communicate and influence audience behavior and is alert and observant at all times. Security personnel often secure entrances, deter theft and vandalism, and help to enforce House policies. A Security Officer should exemplify excellent customer service at all times, as well. Our Security Officers are proactive, responsive, and work well in a team environment. Retired military and public safety/police officers are encouraged to apply.
