Ticketing

• All persons entering the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

• Will-Call is located in the Majestic Theatre Box Office. Please note that a photo I.D. is required for guests to retrieve tickets.

• Majestic & Empire Theatres only accepts and scans tickets off a mobile device. Screenshots or a printed copy of a mobile QR code will not be accepted.

Security & Bag Check

For your safety and security, all guests will be subject to screening by walk-through metal detectors before entering the theatre. Weapons, including concealed carry firearms & pocket knives are strictly prohibited. Bags and purses larger than 10” x 10” x 10”, as well as backpacks, will not be permitted. Please click here for a list of prohibited items.
