Our Current Openings

Building Facilities Coordinator

  • Assists with maintaining the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.
  • Assists with maintaining the building lighting system and ballast repairs or replacements.
  • Provides support to facilities operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
  • Assists with general interior maintenance – hang pictures, repair office furniture systems, trash removal, etc.
  • Assists with minor plumbing repairs
  • Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, building services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
  • Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
  • Respond effectively to all emergencies.

Experience Guide

Experience Guides are front-line customer experience representatives, who work in conjunction with our House Managers and Ambassadors to provide superior patron experiences at our beautiful and historic venues. Successful applicants can expect a job that includes standing, roaming, great perks and exposure to some of the best entertainment in San Antonio!

Report to House Management and will work alongside the Ambassador teams.

Host/Hostess

  • Reports to the Food & Beverage Director and Premium Experience Coordinator.
  • The host position is a frontline customer service role providing seamless guest experiences to VIP and premium seating patrons. Hosts work as part of the Food & Beverage team to ensure patrons enjoy premium seating and lounge experiences. 
  • Part Time with the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, some extended shifts

House/Access Manager

The Majestic and Empire Theatres are looking for House/Access Managers to join our Front of House and Event Staff Team! The House Manager position is a frontline customer service position providing first-rate experiences to patrons attending events. House Managers work as part of the event team to ensure the successful event execution per policies, guidelines, and venue management best practices. House managers also work as members of our Accessibility team and are available to aid patrons with a wide array of accommodations to provide excellent patron experiences for all guests. The House/Access Manager position contributes to ensuring the health and safety of patrons, staff, and the facility. The position provides leadership for the Experience Guides & Ambassador staff during events.

Report to the Customer Experience Director and Theatre Services Manager

Lounge Attendant

  • Reports to the Food & Beverage Director and Premium Experience Coordinator.
  • The Lounge Attendant position is a frontline customer service role providing seamless guest experiences to VIP lounge patrons. Lounge Attendants work as part of the Food & Beverage team to ensure patrons enjoy premium experience offerings.

Part Time with the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, some extended shifts

Ticket Agent – Box Office

Selling Majestic & Empire tickets to patrons in person at the Box Office. • Assisting patrons with ticketing needs and questions.

  • Distributing will call tickets
  • Answering box office phones
  • Working as a team to ensure positive patron experiences
