Will-Call is located in the Majestic Theatre Box Office. Please note that a photo I.D. is required for guests to retrieve tickets.
Mobile Tickets
Majestic & Empire Theatres only accepts and scans tickets off a mobile device. Screenshots or a printed copy of a mobile QR code will not be accepted.
Accessible Seating
Guests requiring accessible seating are able to purchase through MajesticEmpire.com or at the venue box office.

Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket (unless otherwise advertised). Please check the event ticket policies at the time of purchase.
