Note: The ATG Entertainment Box Office at The Espee is open show dates only, three hours prior to ticketed time. Payment Methods:

• Cashless Transactions Only. Checks are not accepted. (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover)

Ticket Fees:

• Effective July 1, 2024, ticket fees will be charged for all in-person transactions at the Majestic & Empire Box Office and The Espee.

All Sales Are Final All sales are final, and there are no exchanges or refunds.   Will-Call Will-Call is located in the Majestic Theatre Box Office. Please note that a photo I.D. is required for guests to retrieve tickets.   Mobile Tickets Majestic & Empire Theatres only accepts and scans tickets off a mobile device. Screenshots or a printed copy of a mobile QR code will not be accepted.   Accessible Seating Guests requiring accessible seating are able to purchase through MajesticEmpire.com or at the venue box office.   Children Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket (unless otherwise advertised). Please check the event ticket policies at the time of purchase.
