All services are provided in real-time, using voice recognition technology. GalaPro is the first-of-its-kind mobile application that enables the attendees to not only see and hear the performance, but to understand what is being said as well.
Ambassador Theatre Group has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our objective is to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests for all events including those with sensory needs
Service Dogs are permitted in the theaters. We recommend patrons bringing service dogs purchase ADA seating to provide enough room for the animal to sit without obstructing the aisle. If aisles are obstructed, patrons may be relocated by venue staff as a safety precaution. The patron must ensure that the animal is under control, with a leash or harness. The patron is also responsible for any damage or mess created by the animal.
There are family restrooms located on the main floor of both theatres.
Majestic Theatre family restroom is located in the Orchestra Bar.
Empire Theatre family restroom is located in the Lobby.
