Facilities and Property Director


  • The Facilities and Property Director provides leadership, vision, direction, and administration of the theatres’ facilities, maintenance, preservation, building safety, and capital improvements.

  • This position requires specialized knowledge of the priorities and real time response typical of multi-story public entertainment facility, and a comprehensive understanding of various maintenance crafts, compliance requirements, and applicable regulations.

  • Provide leadership and general direction for all facilities and maintenance services and develops policies and procedures related to these functions.

  • Reporting to the General Manager, Manages Operations Assistant(s) and Contractors

Ticket Agent – Box Office 


    • Selling Majestic & Empire tickets to patrons in person at the Box Office. • Assisting patrons with ticketing needs and questions.

    • Distributing will call tickets

    • Answering box office phones

    • Working as a team to ensure positive patron experiences.

    Marketing Coordinator

    The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting on all marketing and public relations efforts for San Antonio’s beloved landmarks, the Majestic Theatre (92 years) and Charline McCombs Empire Theatre (107 years), performing a broad range of marketing support duties and necessary tasks to drive awareness, engagement and ticket sales for our concerts, theatrical performances, comedy, and Broadway shows. 

    Food and Beverage Manager


    • Reporting directly to the General Manager, reporting indirectly to the Director of F&B for North America. 

    • The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as the progressive success of the Food and Beverage Program throughout both venues, both Back of House and Front of House.

    • Through management of the bar team at both venues, the in-seat service team, as well as the purchasing & receiving process, the F&B Manager is expected to produce positive results regarding sales, costs, and overall guest experience.

    • COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment. (Accommodation requests for exemption are considered on a case-by-case basis).

    House Manager


    • The House Manager position is a frontline customer service position providing first-rate experiences to patrons attending events. House Managers work as part of the event team to ensure the successful event execution per policies, guidelines, and venue management best practices. The House Manager position contributes to ensuring the health and safety of patrons, staff, and the facility. The position provides leadership for the usher staff during events.

    • Reports to the Customer Experience Director.

    • The Usher position is a frontline customer service position providing first-rate experiences  to patrons attending events. Ushers work as part of the event team to ensure patrons have an enjoyable experience in our venues.
