Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION

Primary functions include oversight, execution, analysis and optimization of digital marketing initiatives and strategies on digital platforms including venue website, e-mail database, social media, display ads and search engines in line with performance marketing campaigns, lead generation and venue brand and goals.

  • Develop & implement effective digital ad campaigns including Paid Search, Social Media, Programmatic, Retargeting, Video ads for targeted audiences 
  • Manage e-database platform, creating Targeted Audience Segments to optimize campaign performance
  • Implement and manage performance tracking tools such as UTM parameters, pixels, tags, Facebook Data Sources
  • Analyze and report of digital analytics and insights on timely basis
  • Oversee Social media strategy and implementation 
  • Lead redevelopment of venue website with best UX/UI practices and website maintenance

Building Facilities Coordinator

ABOUT THE POSITION
  • Assists with maintaining the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.
  • Assists with maintaining the building lighting system and ballast repairs or replacements.
  • Provides support to facilities operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
  • Assists with general interior maintenance – hang pictures, repair office furniture systems, trash removal, etc.
  • Assists with minor plumbing repairs
  • Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, building services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
  • Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
  • Respond effectively to all emergencies.

ABOUT THE POSITION

House/Access Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • The Majestic and Empire Theatres are looking for House/Access Managers to join our Front of House and Event Staff Team! The House Manager position is a frontline customer service position providing first-rate experiences to patrons attending events. House Managers work as part of the event team to ensure the successful event execution per policies, guidelines, and venue management best practices. House managers also work as members of our Accessibility team and are available to aid patrons with a wide array of accommodations to provide excellent patron experiences for all guests. The House/Access Manager position contributes to ensuring the health and safety of patrons, staff, and the facility. The position provides leadership for the Experience Guides & Ambassador staff during events.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Property & Facilities Director

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • The Property & Facilities Director provides leadership, vision, direction, and administration of facilities, maintenance, preservation, building safety, and capital improvements for the ATG San Antonio venues and administration offices.
  • This position requires specialized knowledge of the priorities and real time response typical of multi-story public entertainment facility, and a comprehensive understanding of various maintenance crafts, compliance requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Provide leadership and general direction for all facilities and maintenance teams and services and develops policies and procedures related to these functions.

Social Media Coordinator

ABOUT THE POSITION

    • The Social Media Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing for ATG San Antonio venues and be responsible for the social media strategy supporting marketing, promotional, and branding efforts for all ATG San Antonio venues including but not limited to the Majestic Theatre and Empire Theatre. By creating and utilizing engaging and dynamic content, the role also includes duties and tasks to drive awareness and engagement, generate ticket sales, and promote venue plus live entertainment experiences and customer relationship best practices.
