  Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket (unless otherwise advertised). Prices, shows, schedules or artists are subject to change.

• Why should I buy from the Official and Authorized Ticket sources?

  We strongly urge all of our patrons to purchase their tickets through an Authorized Ticket Source which are the Majestic & Empire Theatre Box Office, Ticketmaster and Broadway in San Antonio. We do not recommend that patrons purchase tickets through unauthorized outlets, online resellers or other ticket sales operations.
  
  Tickets obtained from sources other than the Majestic Theatre Box Office, Ticketmaster or Broadway in San Antonio may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and will not be honored. Please know who you are purchasing your tickets from.

• A Note about Secondary Ticketing Sites

  You may well find event tickets on sale at ticket brokers. Though brokers are never the primary sales point, they access tickets by purchasing them in the same way as the consumer. Please keep in mind, when you buy from a broker:

  • We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
    
    
  • We cannot replace your tickets if they are lost or stolen.
    
    
  • We cannot issue a refund to you in case of an event cancellation
    
    
  • We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and therefore, cannot guarantee admittance.
    
    
  • You may be paying much more than the ticket’s face value.
