Box Office Overview

EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2025

The Majestic Theatre, Charline McCombs Empire Theatre and The Espee Box Offices is open on performance days/evenings starting up to 3 hours prior to start time unless otherwise posted. Tickets can only be purchased for future performances until 1 hour prior to the ticketing time of that evening's performance at the box office. 

Tickets are available to purchase online at MajesticEmpire.com or by calling (888) 246-3185. Please note, for all events starting April 1, 2025, the prices including the fees are the same if purchased online or in person at the box office.

Hours:

• Open three hours prior to ticketed time.
  • Shows with a start time of 1pm or earlier, open two hours prior to ticketed time.

Note: The ATG Entertainment Box Office at The Espee is open show dates only, three hours prior to ticketed time.

• Cashless Transactions Only. Checks are not accepted. (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover)

Ticket Fees:

• Ticket fees are charged for all in-person transactions at the Majestic & Empire Box Office and The Espee.
